1.Properties Features:
A. It contains rare earth elements like La, Ce, Pr and Nd. It can refine grains, purify the molten aluminum, improve the strength and plasticity of alloy, and increase the processing performance.
B. Applied to industry of aluminum wire and cable, section bar and foundry (damping tubes and etc.). Purify the aluminum melt, increase its fluidity, and make good shine on the casting. The product also has long-lasting modifying effect and can improve strength and plasticity of the alloys. RE can significantly reduce the harmfulness of silicon impurity to electrical conductivity of electric aluminum.

2.Scope of Application:
The RE content of AlRE10 is 9～11% and AlRE15 is 14～16%. Suitable for modification of aluminum-silicon alloy with long casting time, melting aluminum purification and RE element addition. For electrical aluminum, the maximum allowable silicon impurity can be increased from 0.09% to 0.14～0.15%.
