Aluminum Iron Master Alloy
Model: AlFe10, AlFe20, AlFe30
Used for the Fe element additive of aluminum alloys in the course of smelting. Low using temperature, accurate controlling composition.
1.Properties & Application:
(1). Iron content: 18～22% for AlFe20; 8～12% for AlFe10. Used for the Fe element additive of aluminum alloys in the course of smelting. Low using temperature, accurate controlling composition.
2.Operation Instructions:
(1). Temperature: 720~760℃
(2). Dosage: According to calculating and experimental results.
(3). Method: Skimming off the dross and put AlFe20 into the molten Al, stirring the molten to homogenate, keep the molten Al static for 5~10 minutes.
3.Package and Storage:
Appearance: White metal nuggets.
Form: Piglet---300g/pc. 25kg/carton, 1mt/pallet; Waffle---7-9kg/waffle, 1mt/pallet.
Keep dry and ventilated.
