1.Properties & Application:
Zirconium content: 8～12% for AlZr10; 3～7% for AlZr5. Used for the Zr element additive or grain refining of aluminum alloys in the course of smelting. Using temperature low, low wastage of Zr element.
2.Operation Instructions:
(1). Temperature: 720℃ minimum.
(2). Dosage: according to calculating and experimental results.
(3). Method: heating to the appropriate temperature, skim off the dross and put AlZr10 into the molten Al, stirring the molten to homogenate, keep the molten Al static for 20~30 minutes.Mix round well-proportioned before affusing.
3.Package and Storage:
Appearance: white metal.
Waffle: 7-9kg/pc, 1mt/pallet. Bar: 1.5kg-3kg/pc, 25kg/carton, 1mt/pallet
Storage: Keep dry and ventilated.
4. Function and usage:
Applied to zirconium element addition or grain refining of aluminum alloy in the course of smelting with low addition temperature and lower zirconium loss. Enhance the strength and plasticity of the alloys; also improve the mechanical and physical properties of aluminum alloys.
