(3) Lower wastage, improving the quality of the surface of finished products, and raise the uniformity degree of chromatic oxidation and levels of brightness.
2. Scope of Application
Apply to grain-refining of pure aluminum, aluminum alloys and copper alloys in the course of smelting.
3. Operation Instruction
(1). Temperature: ≥700℃.
(2). Dosage: 0.5-2kg/1mt aluminum
(3). Valid period for grain-refining: 6~8 hours.
(4). Operation method: Skim off the dross and plunge this product into the molten metal, stirring the melt to homogenate after small yellow flames and bubbling disappear, keep the molten metal static for 10~15 minutes.
(5). Better use it after refining or before the last time of refining.
