1.Properties Features:
Contains rare earth elements like La, Ce, Pr and Nd. The RE content of ZnRE5 is 4～6%. It applies to the RE elements addition of zinc and zinc alloys. Low using temperature, accurate controlling composition.
2.Scope of Application:
Apply to the secondary sector of zincification. Less wastage, improve the quality of the surface, and raise the uniformity degree of chromatic oxidation and brightness.
3.Operation Instructions:
(1). To bake it till try before use.
(2). Temperature: ≥450℃
(3). Dosage: According to calculating and experimental results.
(4). Operation method: Skimming off the dross and put ZnRE5 into the molten zinc, stirring the molten to homogenate, and keep the molten static for 5~10 minutes.

Appearance: white metal nuggets.
