1.Properties & Application:
(1). ZS-ZJ1 includes two types: ZJ1, ZJ101.
(2). Apply to refining and drossing treatment of zinc and zinc alloys, effectively remove impurity and gas in the molten zinc, improving interior qualities of the materials and mechanical properties of the finished products.
(3). Excellent function of separating slag from the molten zinc, efficiently separate zinc from the dross, little metal in the formed slag, easy skimming of.
(4) No toxic gas or obvious smoke in the process, it is harmless to workers, equipments and environmental.
2.Operation Instructions:
(1). Operation method: Put ZS-ZJ1 onto the surface of the molten zinc, press it into the melt with tool, sufficiently stir it, wait for about 10 minutes and skim off the dross.
(2). Temperature: ZJ1≥450℃, ZJ101≥420℃.
(3). Dosage: 0.2~0.5% of the total metal weight.
3.Package and Storage:
Appearance: white powder.
1kg/ polythene bag, 20kg/carton.
Keep dry and ventilated.
4.Period of Validity:
