1.Properties & Application:
(1). Apply to the Mn element addition of aluminum and other alloys, replacing Al-Mn master alloys.
(2). Put directly into the molten metal at normal smelting temperature, melts quickly (<3 minutes), the Mn element recovery ≥95%.
2.Operation Instructions:
(1). Temperature: 720~760℃
(2). Dosage: According to calculating and experimental results..
(3). Method: Skim off the dross and plunge Manganese Tablet into the molten metal, stir the melt to homogenate after the reaction finish, keep the molten metal static for 15~20 minutes.
3.Package and Storage:
Appearance: gray tablet.
500g/tablet, 20kg/carton, 1mt/pallet
Keep dry and ventilated.
4.Period of validity:
Eight months.
